It’s been fifteen years since Pusha T and his brother, No Malice, hit the mics together. And eager Clipse fans definitely rock with their recently-dropped single, “Ace Trumpets.”
The release teases their album “Let God Sort Em Out,” the duo’s first full-length project since that comes out July 11.
Pharrell Williams, who discovered the brothers and was one of the producers on their first three albums, singularly produced every track on the upcoming album. No Malice said Williams, who is a longtime friend, had been urging the brothers to reunite lyrically, according to PEOPLE. The album cover represents another reunion. Artist-designer KAWS, who worked with Clipse twice before, created the album cover.
Online, fans are showing love for Pusha T’s clever word play and reference to Mario Bros: “White glove service with the brick, I am Luigi.” Just as many say it’s No Malice who has the strongest verses.
In previous years, Gene “No Malice” and Terrence “Pusha T” Thornton, connected a few times on stage. In 2022, they performed at Williams’ Washington DC Something in the Water Festival. More recently, the duo performed during Roots Picnic 2025 in Philadelphia June 1.
Pusha T has described the work as a masterpiece, and last summer said it was wrapped but was waiting for one special feature. Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z are the names fans mention most often when speculating about guest artist. And those whispers got louder last week when Clipse posted a photo from the Roc Nation office.
